Commented on https://github.com/medic/medic-projects/issues/1225. Cloned instance created and upgraded for AT, waiting to hear from the KMET project team that the issue has been resolved.

@bishwas-medic you were having an issue with libphonenumber, which was bumped in 0.4.15 so it should be up to date. Please coordinate with @ngamita to see if you can use his cloned instance to acceptance test your issue once he has concluded the gateway testing.

@garethbowen the KMET project team has acceptance tested this and confirmed that their issue is fixed.

@bishwas-medic if you have time, please test phone number validation (https://github.com/medic/medic-projects/issues/1005) and confirm that everything looks good on your end so we can finally release this.
