Chromeless: Use chrome-launcher to launch Chrome when using Chromeless locally

Use chrome-launcher to launch Chrome when using Chromeless locally. Then we don't have to explain to users that they need to have Chrome running for Chromeless to work locally.

https://github.com/graphcool/chromeless/pull/120 should resolve this and a few other issues I've seen
