Choco: Choco complains about a pending reboot on all of my systems, even after many reboots

   It is recommended that you reboot at your earliest convenience.

I'm seeing this even after several reboots.

What is Expected?

No "pending system reboot" message.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

Whenever I run choco.exe lately (last week or so), on my home and work computers.

This have already been fixed, but won't be available until version 0.10.14 is released (not even sure if it is in the latest beta available).

  want to halt when this occurs, then either set the global feature
