Che: "Run" button in dashboard is still an active when workspace is starting

Reproduction Steps:

• Run any workspace
• Go to the dashboard
• Pay attention to the screen

Expected behavior
Button "Run" will be changed to button "Stop"

Observed behavior
Button is changed only after start workspace
