Chatterino2: Show emote preview in tooltip doesn't work if gif emotes are disabled

To recreate -> untick "Gif animations" under the Emotes section in General
After that hovering emotes will no longer work with "Show emote preview in tooltip on hover: Always show or Hold shift"
