Chart.js: Add offsetGridLines option to Line charts

Sometimes you want to display non numeric values on the X axis of a Line Chart. For now it looks like this :
chartwithoutcenter

It would be nice to have the offsetGridLines option that exists on the Bar Charts that would output this :
chartcentered

I forked your repo and coded the modification. I can submit a pull request with this option (false by default) if you think it's interesting.
