Chart.js: Left align or Float left for Y axis label in horizontal bar chart in chart js

Feature Proposal

I should be able to left align the labels in horizontal bar chart atleast

Feature Use Case

"start" property should be a part of chart JS label align, if i give align: "start" in y axis then it should work like float:left

I need this change, incase if you cannot provide a direct can you guide how can i achieve it by making change in chart js library itself or overwritting any of its function. But it is very important for me
