Chart.js: Color a specific Tick

I looked a lot but don't find a way to color or change to image a specific tick.

issue

I want to:
change 1 to a smile face or color = green,
2 to a normal face or color = lightGreen,
and so on.

Is there is solution for change the color of labels on yAxes? I want to change color of specific tick.
