Chart.js: Display values outside of pie chart

Now when i hover on pie chart, the values are displayed in tooltip. But i want to display values outside of pie chart. How to do this? I've attached screenshot. Please find it.

Looks like we need to support links between labels and elements in chartjs-plugin-datalabels.
