Chalice: Log Retention

Serverless offers the definition of logRetentionInDays. It would be great to have the same functionality for this great framework.

I'd also really like to see this feature. For now, we have a script in our pipeline to modify the json template output by the chalice package command before using it. We use this script to hack in all the features not supported by Chalice.
