Cert-manager: Getting "failed to determine issuer to be used for ingress resource" error after 0.6.0 to 0.11.0 cert-manager update

After a major cert-manager update from 0.6.0 to 0.11.0 I'm getting an error "failed to determine issuer to be used for ingress resource" and letsencrypt has stopped issuing new certs. Before the update I did config backup, then restore it after cert-manager installed.

I have resolved this by updating the annotation of Ingress from certmanager.k8s.io/cluster-issuer to cert-manager.io/cluster-issuer
