Cert-manager: Add verbose logging flag to helm chart

This came up in slack while discussing #347.

I think the helm chart should provide a knob to enable verbose the logging for cert-manager. Because enabling it after the fact would require editing the Deployment directly and you still need to figure out what flags to pass to the container

I guess extraArgs would do. But I think that still requires user to figure out which flag enables logging.

Yep, helm upgrade should be able to add/remove the right flag.

We have the extraArgs option in the Helm chart for this, however I'd be open to exposing it as a first class option if that's what other charts tend to do instead.

i could do a PR and add this to the readme.
where can i look up the possible extraArgs for the cert-manager and ingressShim?

@munnerz how can verbosity be increased for the cert-manager image with envs? I have not been able find any documentation for the Dockerfiles.

Found how to do it by using args to the container.

with Helm:
--set extraArgs='{--v=4}'

Some README.md for the Dockerfile's would be appreciated.
