Centernet: Pascal VOC annotation in COCO format

@xingyizhou I was trying to download and train Pascal voc, but when Pascal VOC annotation in COCO format from the link: https://storage.googleapis.com/coco-dataset/external/PASCAL_VOC.zip
The access denied, Would anybody provide a available link?
