Cb-tumblebug: 'Delete MCIS' is not working

What happened
:
~Cloud-Twin VM으로 구성된~ MCIS를 삭제하려고 하니 삭제가 되지 않음

What you expected to happen
:
~Cloud-Twin VM으로 구성된~ MCIS의 삭제가 잘 됨

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
:

cd ~/go/src/github.com/cloud-barista/cb-tumblebug/src/testclient/scripts/sequentialFullTest/
./create-all.sh cloudtwin 1 jhseo
cd ../8.mcis
./delete-mcis.sh cloudtwin 1 jhseo

(delete-mcis.sh 를 실행하면 Tumblebug 내부적으로 Terminate 후 Delete 를 하는 것이 맞을 것 같은데
실행해 보면 예상한 대로 되지 않음)

FYI: terminate-mcis.sh 를 실행하면 terminate 가 잘 수행됨

[원인 파악 완료]
PR #581 에서, func DelMcis 가 다음과 같이 변경되었습니다.

[기존]

1. Terminate
2. sleep(5)
3. Delete

[현재]

1. MCIS status check
   
   
   
   • MCIS를 삭제하기에 적합하지 않은 상태이면 -> 에러 리턴
   
   
2. Delete

@jihoon-seo 맞습니다. 이제 delete는 terminate 를 수행하지 않고 terminated 인지 확인만 합니다. 이제 명시적으로 terminate를 해 줘야 해요
