Unable to insert machete into leather belt

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Get leather belt
  2. Get machete
  3. Feel disappointment

Expected behavior

Expected to fit machete into leather belt.

It should be clarified in the UI that that pocket has "flag_restriction": [ "BELT_CLIP" ].

This is something I meant to add a few weeks back, when the same issue came up in #40822 - I will work on adding this to the item info display panel, in the pocket section.
