Not sure, but I get hiccups after every time I eat, without fail. Only like 2-5 hiccups, they go away on their own. And tbh, even though I never thought of it this way, they are very loud if they catch me by surprise, and would be very annoying in an environment like the cataclysm where I was trying to be stealthy.

In fact, I drink at least a half liter of fluids with every meal, and a bunch of water before going to sleep too, which sometimes triggers it as well. I actually suspect it is a breathing issue of some sort, like I breathe in an erratic way that irritates my diaphragm when I'm eating/drinking. In any case, it doesn't really bother me. I don't even notice at this point unless someone comments about it, as I've been doing it since I was a kid.

Back on topic, I think these could make okay negative traits (i.e. Hiccups: you often get hiccups after eating, alerting those nearby to your presence) if anyone decided to take the effort to add them, though I would be kind of surprised as it'd be a pretty low impact change.
