Cataclysm-dda: Error while using welder stored in the floor: "Lost tool used for long repair"

To Reproduce

1. Create a welder with battery
2. Drop the welder on the floor
3. Press 'a'ctivate
4. Select the welder
5. Try to fix anything in your inventory

Expected behavior
No debug error message and have the target item repaired.
