Cardview: Sometimes Carousel item isn't painted

Hi!

I have a problem (I think since version 2.4.1) of painting elements (at least on Android).
I added more elements on CarouselSampleListViewModel (https://github.com/AndreiMisiukevich/CardView/blob/199af3b52c70e7e4d216ea8d58d671c2e6917962/PanCardViewSample/PanCardViewSample/ViewModels/CarLelSample_CistLmpleo.cs) and swipe quickly.

Tested: Moto G6 (Android 9), Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 7).
