Include emoji lookup. Similar to slack emoji use. Helps using emojis without leaving the keyboard.
Example - ": smile :" -> :smile: or ": bear :" -> :bear: (*without the spaces)

@sindresorhus I'd love to give a shot at implementing this! Has there been any major structural changes between when this PR was first made (other than the TS migration) that I should be aware of?

On mac, there is actually an emoji picker. You can access the Emoji icon panel in Mac OS, the using the Command + Control + Spacebar keyboard shortcut.
Maybe that changes the priority of this feature?

@jackyzha0 FYI Windows 10 also has a native emoji picker. You can trigger it with Windows+. or Windows+; – then simply type to search.
