Capacitor: Own Contacts Plugin needed because the cordova plugin is deprecated and buggy

First of all keep the good work up 🙏.

As i see it now there is no contacts plugin at the beta documentation. I'm currently using the cordova contacts plugin, but it is marked as deprecated from Apache own site as said here: "This plugin is being deprecated. No more work will be done on this plugin by the Cordova development community. You can continue to use this plugin and it should work as-is in the future but any more arising issues will not be fixed by the Cordova community.". Therefor you need to provide a own contacts plugin for future support of a working contacts interface.

We really need this one! With cordova deprecating their (broken) plugin, cordova/ionic is currently the only platform not supporting a valid contact plugin compared to native script or react native. This is the reason why people like me need to look for other solutions/platforms.

There isn’t a number of thumbs up emoji to start working on it, it depends on other plugin requests and their thumbs up, and the number or bugs opened that need to be fixed first
