Canvasblocker: Add search in options page

add a search functionality to the options page.

Maybe as well to the browser action popup.

Search should also perform with multiple words (space separated) and with RegExps.

@kkapsner I've made three observations after testing RC1:

The search field needs a frame around it, otherwise you're not able to tell that there's an input field in the first place. The toolbar menu is too narrow to display search results without clustering, the font size has to be either smaller or the menu wider (and maybe a switch, to disable the search box in the toolbar menu altogether). Also the "eye symbols" could use a pop-up text (like "Click this to hide the setting") when you place the cursor on them, like the one that already exists for the eye on top ("Activate, to show hidden settings"), otherwise you're not able to tell what they're good for..

The toolbar menu was kind of an error - I tested something and thought it would not be included... I thought wrong. I will remove the search in the toolbar menu as it's not yet ready for prime time.

I will change the other two.
