Camerakit-android: Is this library dead?

Not a bug report. Noticed there has been no developments nor beta releases in over 8 months. Is the library dead and should I move onto something else?

I think this library is not receiving support.
Just moved to CameraView.
2 min of reading docs and 1 min implementing code and voil脿 its working.
