Calendar: View iCal URL from subscribed calendar

With the old calendar version I could view the ical link from a subscribed calendar. This was very handy in case you did not know from where exactly the calendar is from

Indeed a good point. We should add a "Copy subscription URL" action to the three dot menu.

Just looked into this issue. Sadly it requires server changes, so this will only come with Nextcloud 19: https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/19615

Keeping this ticket open, because once https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/19615 is fixed, we also have to modify the calendar app.
