C3: data.ondblclick callback event - double click

I think it would be nice to have a data.ondblclick callback function for double click events on each data point.

@dduft I have the code ready, But I am new to github. I am trying to do a git --set-upstream origin prathik-dbl-click-handler.
It says remote: Permission to c3js/c3.git denied to prathik457
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/c3js/c3.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403.
User name and pwd is correct. Am I missing something?
