Buildcraft: Content dissapears from transport pipe, and fluid remains stuck in fluid pipe.

I have a quarry which gives a constant supply of matterial to my factory. It worked fine until i noticed that at some moment that my factory didn't receive anything anymore. I followed the pipe and noticed that at some point it the content just dissapears in the pipe.

redeploying the pipe solves the problem for a short time, but it will happen again.
There is a possibility that this is also the case with the fluid pipe because something similair happens there.

BuildCraft version: 7.99.21
Forge version: 14.23.5.2796

Happens to me also. Seems like this bug appears at chunks' borders.

Can you upload a complete debug.log file? There might be some oddities reported through that?

btw i have found a workaround, if you have a chunk loader loading all the chunks the pipe goes through, the issue seems to disappear.

Oh and please also upload a debug.log file? If I can't reproduce this locally then that would be very useful for trying to find the cause.

This should be fixed as of 7.99.23 and 7.99.24 - can you retry with that version to see if it's actually fixed?
