Brew: Add `brew cask --json=v1` for JSON output

This should follow as close a format as possible to brew info --json=v1 and will be consumed and shared by formulae.brew.sh.

Does anyone, know when this will be available in the homebrew cask installs? It could help a lot, for the scripts I'm making, to have json output... :)
