Brave-browser: Proxies don't work for Chromecast installation

Description

Requests for chromecast installation should be proxied through *.brave.com.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable media router
  2. Relaunch

Actual result:

Requests should be proxied through Brave servers

Expected result:

Requests for component are directly made to google services.
