I've also noticed that scroll speed increased recently (not sure it's a Brackets issue or something with my drivers). @Max-Enrik, please let us know how have you handled this problem.

My reproduction, not sure if relevant is:

  1. Have Windows 10 (Maybe it's a "metro" problem)
  2. Use Brackets 1.1

Chrome is fine without any trouble scrolling but in Brackets, it scrolls half my webpage away from 1 nudge... It was hilarious at first but no...
