Boulder: Log when IPv6 addresses are available

Right now we only log "No IPv4 addresses found for ." That could mean either the domain doesn't exist of there are only AAAA addresses available. We should look up both A and AAAA so that we can measure the number of IPv6-only hostnames requesting certificates in advance of turning on IPv6 issuance.

I'd argue that given the lateness of this initiative it will give an awfully skewed perspective of the number of interested parties. Certainly a good number of us wanting IPv6-only support either knew LE didn't launch with support or have tried and failed already.

Any news about this issue? I think it should be fixed before https://github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/issues/593 to get any useful data.

Right now we're planning to just go ahead with IPv6 implementation. We probably won't implement this particular metrics change.
