Bottombar: Problem with empty space in top of bar and over the content in none fixed mode

i have a problem in none fixed mode , an extra space appear at top of bottombar and over the content

but when i switched to fixed mode , problem solved !

how to fix it in none fixed mode ?

@roughike disabling transparent navigation bar fixed this problem too (in none fixed mode) but i'd like to use transparent navigation bar , any fixes ?
