@fms-santos Thanks for reporting. I have forwarded the bug report to the Skype team.

@fms-santos Skype team reports the bug is fixed.

If you are still seeing the problem, please provide your specific platform/OS/browser details.

Thank you @nwhitmont but the problem seems to persist at this moment.
I'm using the src SDK "https://latest-swc.cdn.skype.com/sdk/v1/sdk.js" and Chrome 62.0.3202.94 on a Mac.

Hi @fms-santos I'm the product manager for Skype Web Control!
We're tracking this bug. One more note: please use this SDK source:
https://swc.cdn.skype.com/sdk/v1/sdk.min.js

@brene Just to let you guys know that I've checked with the SDK https://swc.cdn.skype.com/sdk/v1/sdk.min.js and the bug is still active. The text remains with a weird format instead of the correct one I've showed.

@brene any updates on this issue?
And thank you for your attention.

@fms-santos we've fixed it in our dogfood environment (see img.). We're trying releasing it to prod by end of this week.

Hi guys, I am also waiting for this fix. When should we expect the fix to be released to production?

@brene I still can't see any fix on the https://swc.cdn.skype.com/sdk/v1/sdk.min.js SDK. Any news on this issue?

@brene, it has been more than 3 weeks now and this bug is still not fixed in the production environment.

To be honest, as a CTO, I really regret choosing Skype Web Control as a channel for a large business project. I really like Microsoft Bot Framework. however Skype Web Control just does not work for us. There is at lease one major bug every month that is making us feel uncomfortable in front of our clients and that makes the technology unusable for us. First, it was postbacks that were displayed in the conversations, now links do not work for weeks... core features are randomly breaking.

For my next business chatbot project I am probably going to choose Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin.

Well, although my bot is not on our production Env. and it's only a proof of concept, I have to say that I share the same opinion as @mminchev . Skype Web Control does have some serious problems and feels like it's simply not 100% ready for Production. I had problems before also with"disappearing suggested actions" and now this one. It's a shame because it could be really useful.

@mminchev @fms-santos I understand the frustration and I truly apologize for this. There were some unexpected road blocks that we faced. We have now released the new version of the SWC.

Can you confirm the fix? If yes, please close this issue 😃

Happy holidays and sorry again ❄️ ☃️

Yes @brene I can confirm that it's fixed.
Thank you. I appreciate your effort in fixing this issue.
