Botframework-sdk: Response status code does not indicate success 401 Access Denied
I am getting the following error on this line

@msft-shahins it was working fine before 2 days i have not done any changes in my code and web.config.
Even it is not working on my local emulator also.

Based on the stack trace that you have pasted it seems that bot's calls to LuisService are failing: at System.Net.Http.HttpResponseMessage.EnsureSuccessStatusCode() at Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Luis.LuisService.
It would be good if you can debug your service and see what is the code returned by Luis. It might be that your subscription ran out of its quota or your subscription id/model id are wrong.

this is what i did additional to first two values in the class attribute, end point change and staging true or false to make it work with Azure end point keys.
where i picked domain name: Azure portal overview tab for LUIS service.
where i picked staging true or not: after adding Azure key to my keys inside My App, i went to Luis.AI >> my app >> publish >> both staging and production end points
Reason is by default LUIS dialog calls the test endpoint of cognitive services for which only programmatic key can be used. if you want to use your azure keys then you must change the endpoint and also tell that you want to send request to stging or production end point.
