Bootstrap: Tooltip not removed after parent element

This is an existing issue that has been fixed, but it has returned in 3.1.1.

A tooltip is not removed after parent element has been removed either in normal or modal window.

I am preparing a demo.

As @fat stated when he closed the original bug, you must remove the tooltip yourself in such cases.

@danilocolasso We are not supposed to be hacking framework in order to make it work. Its pointless that everyone should hack it, its much more easier to fix the problem right at the source, since that is very much a valid possibility.

@danilocolasso Reinitialising with $('[title]').tooltip(); is not required, or even not recommended (initializes too many elements). Just hiding on click seems to do the job.

Yes, i know it's ancient issue, but still not really fixed...
