Bootstrap-datepicker: Documentation not clear that bootstrap-datepicker requires its own set of js/css files

Expected behaviour

First a big thank you to all the people behind this great plug-in.

Actual behaviour

https://bootstrap-datepicker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ says Requirements are Bootstrap and jQuery. It gives the impression that these are all that are needed.

Readme.md started with with CDN for bootstrap-datepicker, but no mention of which files are required for what. Is that css.map file required?

1.6.4

Example code

It would help newer or non-full time developers by mentioning that bootstrap-datepicker is an additional plug-in to bootstrap and requires the following (bootstrap-datepicker) files to be added to your web page:

Also please describe the difference between standalone vs non standalone css ..
