Bookplayer: Audio not pausing when Apple Maps giving directions

Apple Maps has a feature that allows apps that designate themselves as “spoken word audio” to be automatically paused when Maps is speaking directions in navigation. BookPlayer is not pausing when directions are being said in Maps, instead continuing to play in the background.

Very much in favor of this. I think I can tackle this when I’m back, I added a few handlers already and can continue from there.

Thanks all! I don't have any programming skills I can contribute with, but am willing to beta test if you guys wish. I fall short of programming but know my way around Xcode and know how to break things. :) I have an iPhone 5 on iOS 10 and an iPad on iOS 11, as well as an iPhone 6 on iOS 12 if you need testing. My daily phone is an iPhone 8 on iOS 11.4.

174 should fix this, tested with Google Maps, since Apple Maps doesn't let me try driving directions where I am now

Can confirm, #174 fixes the interruptions for Apple Maps as well :)
