Blueprint: Editable focused state is of different size than hover state

Steps to reproduce

1. http://blueprintjs.com/docs/#components.editable
2. Hover editable header
3. Click editable header

Actual behavior

Hover has a nice border right around the text, while focus state adds extra 30px padding on the right.

Expected behavior

Focused input is the same size as the hover border.

@cyu06 added that space for IE, I think. perhaps he can weigh in on why (if) it's necessary?
