Bloop: Add tests for JDK 11

We currently only test JDK8, which is the JDK we ship with our docker images, but we should add tests for JDK 10 (or cross-test the unit tests we have) whenever we release a new version (that would mean we wouldn't run these tests on the CI for pull requests (only for master).

I hope I'll be able to get back to this in 1.1.0.
