Blokada: I want to be able to use privacy extensions with or disable IPv6 using Blokada

This issue isn't as important to me as the other issues that I posted, but it would be nice if it could be addressed down the road. I would like it if users had the choice to use privacy extensions with or disable IPv6. Most Android ROMs do not have an option to configure this setting, so it would be nice if this app could do that.

By default, IPv6 generates the last half of your IP address using your devices MAC address. To disable the inclusion of you MAC address, you can enable IPv6 privacy extensions which will randomize the last half of you IP address.

Isn't IPv6 already almost disabled with Blokada? https://github.com/blokadaorg/blokada/issues/94

I also think that disabling IPv6 is a bad idea and could have unforeseen consequences like I described in that issue with my network and this a bit dated NAT444 article.
