Blockscout: Docker Compose support?

Hi,

I just found this awesome project. But I couldn't find way to make it up using Docker Compose. Does it possible to have _docker-compose.yml_ for this? That will be super helpful to spin up this explorer easier and faster in many environments.

Kuala Lumpur is our internal name for our v2 release.

@zulhfreelancer If you need docker with the current release I'm just yesterday started working on this. And you could start everything using Dockerfiles from here: https://github.com/konstantinzolotarev/blockscout/tree/dockerize

I'll try to create PR asap.

It's only for development/local usage purposes
No security is covered there for now.
