Better-sqlite3: Update to sqlite 3.25

How can I find out which binary version of sqlite3 is used in this package?
A new version 3.25 with support for window functions has been released.
Could this package be updated to use this new version or is it always using the newest, stable sqlite3 binaries?

SQLite3 version 3.25.2 is now being used in better-sqlite3 version 5.0.0.
