Betaflight: [Wiki] Table with available functions for resource (re-)mapping

I've started a table with functions (and descriptions/limitations), which can be used with the resource command:

I would appreciate if some more schooled people could look over it some time and maybe add some missing information or correct it, if anything is wrong (I did my best to find existing information).

The idea is to use this also as an entry point to link to more detailed descriptions, already present or maybe added in the future.
