Challanges dev build b414 its not working on bentobox dev build b1777

[15:46:06] [Server thread/ERROR]: [BentoBox] Cannot load Challenges because it requires BentoBox version 1.13.1 or greater.
[15:46:06] [Server thread/ERROR]: [BentoBox] NOTE: Please update BentoBox.

Why giving this error when type /is controlpanel?
Maybe this problem cause by this issue?
Controlpanel need update?

And i already update bentobox.
