Bentobox: Players cannot sethome in Nether

Description
We have enabled sethome in Nether in BSkyBlock(s) config but players are not able to set it there. They are receiving a message: "You have to be on your island to sethome"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have BSB config lines set as below:

    nether:
      allow: true
      require-confirmation: true
    the-end:
      allow: false
      require-confirmation: false

1. Have a player go in Nether towards his island.
2. Have him execute /is sethome while standing on his own Nether island.
3. He will receive: http://prntscr.com/mjoskd
   "_You have to be on your island in order to sethome_"
   Same message pops up for End world, though it's on false.

Expected behavior
Players shouldn't receive those messages anyway (On their island). Either it should be something related to the feature being disabled in config (If false) or 'Success!' (If true).

Still unable to provide you the 'console' output. Will edit the comment when we are able, if it's really that necessary. Though I'd say those missing locales were edited in 1.3.0, right... ? Unless it provides a build number too.

Tested now that we updated and...

• Leaders are able to sethome in both Overworld and Nether (Set: true) ~fixed
• Members receive: "You don't have your island" (Now for Overworld too) ~broken?

@wellnesscookie I just merged a fix from @BONNe. Could you try to run build #834 and tell us if it is fixed?

I think I downloaded #835 on my localhost by mistake, but I had no problems setting home as a member nor leader this time.
