If we can figure out how they're detecting us, we can try to get around that, but otherwise I dont know what we can do.
We ought to put some kind of warning in the URL bar like "This service may not be secure. Your emails will be readable by Google."

Gravit Designer's desktop linux app (also based on electron) had the same issue,
they "fixed" it by opening google-oauth dialog in the "real" browser instead of pop-up window with login+password
