Beaker: After starting beaker, saved tab keeps loading till manually refreshed

Operation System: Ubuntu 16.04
Beaker version: 0.8.0-prerelease.7-x86_64

Steps to reproduce

• Menu -> Settings -> When Beaker Starts -> Choose "Show tabs from your last session"
• Have a tab open with some dat url. The one I had was beaker://library/dat://xyz (it was a local dat).
• Close Beaker
• Open Beaker
• Tab should keep loading, but if you refresh it'll load immediately.

Note: Don't worry; it's not really a bother :-). Thought about mentioning it just in case it's a symptom of a bigger problem/bug source.

Forgot to note: Sometimes, instead of loading forever, it shows a timeout error (and also works correctly if refreshed). And now, with the latest commit, when it failed, I always got timeout error instead of loading forever; don't know if a coincidence or not.

I'm fairly sure this is some kind of edge-case related to the fact that it's trying to open the dat while Beaker is still loading. Not sure what the edge-case is yet.
