Baikal: Display sync URL in WebAdmin GUI

For Baikal beginners, it is hard to remember the exact format of the URL that needs to be entered into CALDAV or CARDDAV clients. It would be nice if this URL is displayed for each calendar and addressbook or on the title page in a generic form.

Sorry, this is a duplicate of #40 of fruux/Baikal2. I followed the links from the Web GUI to github from Baikal 0.2.7 to fruux/Baikal.

Just noticed that this got a new duplicate: #664 and get's fixes in 0.5.0 (according to evert's comment there.

I'm closing this ticket, not because it's not a good idea.

It's a low priority for the maintainers, and I feel it's better to keep a Github issue list that reflects actual work being done vs a list of things that will never get closed.

If someone reading this is interested enough in this feature to make the changes, feel free to comment here to re-open the issue.
