Im not associated with the good developers from Babel, but i'm not sure what this bug report is trying to suggest?

I'd suggest you massively strip down on the fluff, and state exactly what bug you are experiencing with a minimal test case example.

This isn't really an actionable issue for this repo, going to close. This is something we can do with tooling from github, https://github.com/hzoo/contributors-on-github, etc.
