Azure-docs: A new column that indicates Registered by default

Can we add a new column that named Registered by default instead of using the superscript, as it was far away from the list and it was hard to understand until i scroll the page to the end.

Or, we can add links for the superscripts, i think it will be nice. Thanks.

@paul-cheung - thanks for this feedback. I am reviewing this article to make sure it is up-to-date and accurate, but I agree the superscript format does not work well. I'll look at changing that.

I have submitted an update that adds a link instead of the superscript to mark which ones are registered by default. I thought the extra column might make everything else a little too cluttered. It should get published tomorrow.
