according to a previous post, https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/36824 a paid Azure subscription needs to be associated with the B2C directory to allow for custom greetings in MFA call to phone. I have this B2C tenant currently setup with Azure Premium P1 billing, but the option to enable custom recordings is still grayed out.
I then changed the billing to Azure Premium P2. The option for custom recordings in the B2C directory are still grayed out.
Is this not an available feature any longer in Azure B2C?

Hello @joshmachnik, Thank you for your feedback! We will review and update as appropriate.
Hi @joshmachnik,
I'm sorry to hear that! Can you please share a screenshot of the Overview page on your B2C tenant?

Meanwhile I will check with the product team to see if anything changed about that feature.

@MarileeTurscak-MSFT I've attached a screen print. Just FYI, it's currently set back to Premium P1 billing. I had changed two of my B2C tenants to Premium P2 to see if it would make a difference, but no change. I waited over 48hrs to see before changing them back. I also opened a case with MS and was told that B2C does not have the capability to use custom greetings. I've since opened a feedback request to add this functionality, as i believe it once existed.
The feedback request can be found here, if that helps.

Thanks for all of these details! The product team says that you are correct that this used to be an option, but that it seems to have gotten disabled. The team is trying to correct the issue now.
Update: they have merged a fix but it hasn't been deployed yet.
Just got an ETA: this should be deployed by end of next week. If it's not working by then please feel free to tag me in this thread or reach out to me over email (in my profile).
Thank you very much @MarileeTurscak-MSFT
I'll keep an eye out for the change.
Thanks @joshmachnik! If you send me your support case number I can also see if there's something that they can do internally in the meantime.
@MarileeTurscak-MSFT my support case (which has since been closed) is 120102824008546. The case was closed stating that this functionality is not available in B2C. I don't think the engineer was aware that it was previously available.
@MarileeTurscak-MSFT do you know if the change has taken place? I've been checking my B2C directories and haven't seen any change yet in the greeting option.
@MarileeTurscak-MSFT I'm just checking in to see if you might have an updated status on the deployment of this change in B2C? And do you know if the B2C tenant would require Premium P1 or P2 pricing to enable this? I'd like to make sure I have them setup for the right pricing Tier, in case this is considered a premium feature.
thank you.

@MarileeTurscak-MSFT do you happen to have any updates from the team on this? The feature still doesn't appear to be re-enabled.
