Azure-docs: Missing Sentence Transition

In the section "Mid-tier/Daemon services" under the "Azure Active Directory" column the second sentence is missing something, maybe 'and' is needed in between the bold words?
"The lifecycle of these identities is managed by Azure AD and is tied to the resource provider can't be used for other purposes to gain backdoor access".
